How Small Business Owners are Coping
Los Angeles County has once again enacted a curfew tonight that goes into effect at 6 pm and will last through 6 am tomorrow, Tuesday…with the possibility of extension. The public is not allowed on streets, parks or other public areas. The curfew comes on after a weekend of peaceful protests turned to chaos over the weekend all over our area. With businesses small and large, paying the price. We hear from small business owners: Miles Guidon, co-owns Hollywood 3D printing located on Melrose, Pasang Lahmo, owner of Yak Exchange in Santa Monica, Laura Armstrong, owner of Ampersand Boutique in the Fairfax district. Then a KPCC reporter fills us in on the scene in Santa Monica.

Police and the National Guard are out in force again today in an effort to stop any looting. The weekend saw mostly peaceful protests but also widespread disorder in Los Angeles.
