For those of you with kids at home, we know this is isn't easy. That normal balance between work life and home life we all try to try to strike has been thrown completely out of whack, but we are here to help - we hope. Every week - and perhaps more frequently - we will talk about parenting in this time of quarantine and aim to provide some context for this craziness we are all going through and some advice...a few wise words that help us get by. Olympics Postponed
Californian Lily Zhang is a rising star in US table tennis - she's won US national championship 6 times since 2012, and has been medaling worldwide for years. This would have been her third Olympics, and she was (still is) hoping to give the US its first ever table tennis medal. But now the games have been postponed. A Martinez talks to her.

Coronavirus Restaurant Closures
Chef Suzanne Goin is a heavy hitter in LA's restaurant world with several successful eateries to her name but she, like everyone in the industry, is struggling as the coronavirus has shut down so many restaurants. For example, her beloved Lucques, which was already closing down in May after 20 years, was shuttered two months early and everyone laid off. But she is working hard to get some help for her places and others. She talks about it with A Martinez.
