SCOTUS DACA Preview
Tuesday, the Supreme Court is set to hear arguments for the Obama-era program known as DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. The program protects about 700,000 young undocumented individuals who arrived in the U.S as children from deportation. The case before the Supreme Court will decide whether the Trump Administration can legally put an end to the program.
