Housing developers and officials break ground on "Veterans Village" in Santa Ana.

The new 75-unit complex comes with a community center, a reflection walk, and a pet spa. It aims to decrease the number of homeless veterans in Orange County. Right now, 12 percent of homeless residents in OC are veterans.
