TV newsman Stan Chambers dies at 91

Longtime TV reporter Stan Chambers, 91, died at his Holmby Hills home Friday morning, according to KTLA, the station that he made his professional home for more than 60 years.

He's also recognized for covering on live television the attempted rescue of Kathy Fiscus, a 3-year-old girl who died after falling into a well in San Marino, in 1949.
