Boles Fire
As of 4 p.m., the Boles Fire was 20 percent contained, while 375 acres had burned, according to a news release put out by Cal Fire.
Since the fire began Monday afternoon, there have been three injuries, according to the release. There are 1,068 fire staff working on the fire, which threatens 1,233 structures. Evacuations are still in effect for the community of Angel Valley and for Hoy Road.
Cal Fire is also offering a reward up to $10,000 for anyone who has information regarding the origin of the Boles Fire. The cause remains under investigation.
Courtney Fire
As of Tuesday morning, the Courtney Fire burnt 320 acres and was 40 percent contained, according to a news release by Cal Fire. There are 650 fire staff working on the fire, which began Sunday afternoon.
Since Sunday, 33 residences and 28 outbuildings have been destroyed, while four residences and six outbuildings were damaged, according to the release.
Two hundred structures remain under mandatory evacuation in the Bass Lake Heights community, according to the release.
King Fire
The King Fire, which began on Saturday afternoon, has burnt about 18 square miles — or 11,570 acres — as of Tuesday at 3 p.m. The fire is 5 percent contained, according to the King Fire information line.
While there are 1,555 fire staff working to fully contain the fire, 500 structures remain threatened, according to Cal Fire’s website. The cause of the fire remains unknown. The fire is currently traveling to the east/northeast and northwest with rapid speed.
Mandatory evacuation orders are in place for the following areas: the east side of Forebay Road from King of the Mountain Road to Pony Express Trail; all roads north of Pony Express Trail from Forebay Road east through Bullion Bend; and White Meadows Road and Spring Valley Road, according to the King Fire information line.
There are also road closures at Forebay Road at Blair Road, Forebay Road at Pony Express Trail and White Meadows Road at Ice House Road, according to the information line.
Happy Camp Complex Fire
The Happy Camp Complex Fire is now 55 percent contained with about 177 square miles — or 113,158 acres — burnt, according to the latest information from the U.S. Forest Service's InciWeb.
The lightning-sparked fire, which began over a month ago, is estimated to be contained on Saturday, Sept. 20, according to InciWeb. About 1,381 fire staff remain trying to bring the fire to full containment.
Since the fire began Aug. 20, it has cost $78.965 million to fight.
