KPCC In Person’s community-driven series “Unheard L.A.” puts Angelenos center stage, as they share first-person experiences of life in Southern California through spoken word, music, poetry, magic, and other forms.

This summer, we’re partnering with LA County Library to bring “Unheard L.A.” producers and past participants to LA County Library locations across the region.

Join us July 9 as we share some favorite stories from our first two seasons, discuss the “Unheard L.A.” submission and editing process, answer your questions, and listen to your ideas about what you’d share if selected for an upcoming show. Refreshments will be served.

Don’t let the summer go by with your story unheard!
