KPCC 89.3 FM, Pasadena, is licensed to Pasadena Area Community College District, whose principal educational institution is Pasadena City College. KPCC is operated by Southern California Public Radio, a separate nonprofit corporation, pursuant to a public service operating agreement between SCPR and PACCD. SCPR is an affiliated organization of American Public Media Group.
